Initial psychiatric evaluation

60 minutes · $400 · Telehealth

A thorough one hour visit focused on your history, current concerns, sleep, mood, focus, and previous treatment, including a detailed review of any prior medications and how you responded to them.

When relevant, we also review your current supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle and discuss whether targeted vitamin or nutrient support may be useful alongside your primary plan.

By the end of this appointment you will have a clear understanding of the working diagnosis and an initial treatment plan.

Follow up visits

30 minutes · $275 · Telehealth

Follow up sessions are used to review response, adjust medication when needed, and refine the plan for sleep, stress, and daily functioning.

When appropriate, we may also revisit any agreed upon supplement or lifestyle strategies and adjust them in line with your progress and current priorities.

These visits are unhurried and focused on what has changed since the last appointment and what needs attention now.

Three month commitment plan

For some clients it is helpful to have a clearly defined period of close follow up at the beginning of care.

The three month commitment plan is designed for those who want regular appointments, steady contact, and faster refinement of treatment. It typically includes the initial evaluation, scheduled follow ups during the first three months, and priority scheduling.

Details and fit are discussed during the initial consultation. This option is limited to a small number of clients at any given time.
