Future Psychiatry is a private, fee-for-service practice. I am not in-network with any insurance plans and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due in full at the time of each visit.
Upon request, you may receive a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Any reimbursement is made directly to you by your insurer, and you remain financially responsible for all fees regardless of your plan’s coverage.
